Balbriggan Community College’s football Under 17 team, led by manger Daryl Mooney, beat Colaiaste Killian, Bray, 2-1, to become Leinster Champions this week. As part of mental health week all 6th years participated in a yoga class. It included stretching, flexibilty/strength exercises and relaxation techniques. Everyone enjoyed themselves and some found a new talent! Hopefully learning these relaxation techniques will help with all the study and exams coming up.
