Wellbeing Week ran from Tues 8th-Friday 11th May in Balbriggan CC. As part of this students participated in various physical activities, something which is a key element to everyone’s overall wellbeing.
On Tuesday Senior students were given an opportunity to participate in a Yoga class where they stretched and de-stressed.
On Wednesday students took part in a Zumba class at lunchime. They showed off their moves and put some of the teachers to shame!
Throughout the week 1st, 2nd and 3rd years took part in Ultimate Frisbee. The majority students had never played this as a competitive game before and most students left the session with a new found love for the game! Thanks to Dublin Youth Ultimate for coming into us, the students thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
