Last Friday, the 5th of November, Balbriggan Community’s College’s 6th year Water Ambassadors were presented with Regional Water Ambassador Awards by Principal Mr Emmet Sheridan and Staff representatives of the Green School Committee. The three students; Yinka, Mary and Darragh, have worked tirelessly over the past year to promote protecting our oceans and protecting the vital resource that is water. The students had to overcome the many challenges that arose last year due to the Pandemic. The students rose above the challenges posed by Covid-19 and ensured that their message was spread throughout the school and the wider community. Congratulations to the Water Ambassadors on everything they have accomplished over the past year.
